By accessing this website, creating an account, placing an order or submitting materials for customization, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from them.

Orders and Transactions

We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary because of payment issues, suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability, technical errors, shipping restrictions or other legitimate business reasons.

If an order is materially affected, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you using the information supplied with your order.

Custom-Made Products

Many products sold by Custom Wavers are personalized and produced specifically for an individual customer.

Customization may include a face, hairstyle, clothing, profession, logo, brand colors, promotional text, contact information, accessories, character features or other customer-requested elements.

Custom orders are subject to our Custom Order & Design Approval Policy.

Design Approval

Customers are responsible for reviewing their final artwork carefully before approving production.

This includes reviewing:

• Names and spelling
• Logos and branding
• Phone numbers and websites
• Colors
• Character details
• Outfit
• Promotional messages
• Product size
• Other requested customization

Once final artwork is approved and printing or production begins, design changes may no longer be possible.

Customer-Supplied Materials

By providing photographs, logos, artwork, trademarks, text or other materials, you confirm that you own those materials or have permission to use them for the requested product.

You authorize Custom Wavers to reproduce, resize, adapt and process those materials as reasonably necessary to prepare artwork, proofs, production files and the finished product.

You may not submit materials that unlawfully infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other legal rights.

Product Images and Variations

We make reasonable efforts to represent our products accurately.

Because inflatable products are made from flexible materials and digital screens reproduce colors differently, minor differences may occur between digital artwork, website images and finished products.

Reasonable differences in color, material movement, print placement or proportions that do not materially alter the approved design are not necessarily product defects.

Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on the website are subject to change without notice unless an order has already been accepted at a confirmed price.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Estimated delivery dates are provided as guidance and may be affected by customization, artwork approval, production, carrier operations, weather, customs or other circumstances.

Returns, Refunds and Quality Claims

Because custom products are made specifically for each customer, approved and produced orders are not eligible for ordinary change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, defective or incorrectly produced products may qualify for review under our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Order Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order.

A cancellation may be possible before final artwork approval or production begins.

Once the approved design enters printing or production, cancellation may no longer be available because design, material, printing and manufacturing costs may already have been incurred.

Website Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.

Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

Website Content and Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, text, photographs, graphics, logos, product content, website layouts, illustrations, videos and other materials displayed on CustomWavers.com are owned by, licensed to or used with permission by Custom Wavers.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute or commercially exploit website materials without appropriate authorization.

Reviews and Feedback

Customers may submit reviews, comments and feedback about our products and services.

You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, infringing or malicious.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of profits, event cancellations, or reputational harm, arising from use of our website or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping and delivery are handled by independent third-party couriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, Custom Wavers is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the courier during transit. Assistance with lost or delayed packages will be provided in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy, but liability rests with the carrier.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harris County, Texas.
